How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner talking with a septic provider beside a tank lid in a yard in Andover

Last updated: October 2026

Politiciansrescue Septic wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Politiciansrescue Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Politiciansrescue Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@politiciansrescue.lat and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
